DESIGN PROCESS

The journey of every project is unique and to give you an idea of the design process, we have summarised the typical order of each stage below: -

  • Initial client consultation and site visit

  • Agreement of scope of works, fees, budget and programme

  • Concept design

  • Design development (including interior architecture as necessary)

  • Detailed design

  • Design resolution

  • Onsite building works (client to appoint main contractor)

  • Procurement of all product and finishes

  • (NB average production lead times 12-16 weeks from time of ordering)

  • Production of bespoke elements

  • Onsite installation of:- Interior architecture, Kitchens/bathrooms, Wall finishes & specialist finishes, Joinery, Window treatments
